Fall Contracts at WFSC

In case people are looking, the fall 2008 contracts have been released and are now posted in the "Forms" section of the website under "Contracts" and also are referenced on the Contracts page of the website.  Calendars in pdf and doc versions have also been released with specific information as to times.

Please note the deadline for submitting the forms (remembering to rink monitor!) and the first half (at least) of the contract fees is August 25.  Contracts postmarked after this date will be assessed a $20 late fee.  Please use the mailing address on the forms themselves; it is also on the home page of the website.

All fees for past contracts (i.e. this summer's) must be paid in full in order to register for the fall sessin.

Woodbury Days Parade Information

What: Woodbury Days Parade

Date:  Sundy, August 24th

Time:  1:00 Parade Start Time

Where:  From the Woodbury High School catch the shuttle to the parade line up.  Pick up after the parade will be in the same location.

Our Line up Number is: 70

Our Begin Line Up Time is: 12:15 p.m.

What to bring:  Water and if desired... sunscreen, sunglasses, umbrella, rollerblades a light snack for on the way, candy to hand out, comfy shoes, fold up chair.

** We will also be meeting between 10:00-10:30 that morning before the parade to work on decorating the float.  If you'd like to come and join us for decorating and need more details, please let me know.  We'd like an estimate of the number of people so we know how many to plan for when decorating and if you'd like to bring a dish or snack to share for a light lunch before we go.  So if you can join us for decorating before hand and haven't already notified me, please pop me an RSVP e-mail.
