WFSC MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION & FORMS
All skaters on contracted ice must have a WFSC membership. You must complete and submit the membership and waiver forms along with signing both the skater rules and parent code of conduct. Skaters may be home club members, or may join as associate members for the year if they already belong to another club, or for a single session as seasonal members. Rates and expectations vary according to membership level and are listed below.
All skaters and instructors are required to have USFS membership to skate on club ice. WFSC holds a mandatory annual meeting for all members to elect board members, register members and vote on important club questions. Forms for any new membership year will be unavailable during this annual renewal period. During other times, new skaters may download forms and waivers for submission

FORM REQUIREMENTS FOR 2011-12
The requirements for the 2011-12 WFSC membership season include the following four (4) forms. If you did not attent the annual membership meeting, you will need to print, sign and return these forms to the membership chair (Coral Kahrer).
