Contract specific, ical and rss feeds are located under the Ice Contracts menu.   After you register for  Ice Contracts,   "click" on the "left side"  menu of the Ice Contracts page. Select the Fall, Winter, Spring or Summer Contracts button on the left. Select the  name of the contract(s) you purchased ie. Winter 1st Friday etc.  .  At the bottom of the event(s) page for your contract(s), you will find both an ical and rss feed to update your calendars.
